What is Microdosing?
Microdosing is taking a sub-perceptual dose, anywhere from 0.1 grams to 0.5g is usually considered a microdose. When microdosing you won’t feel an obvious effect like you would with a larger dose but you should feel a slight elevation in mood, a heightened sensitivity and a deeper focus in whatever you are doing.
How should I store my Mushrooms?
To keep them at their best, place them in an airtight container. All of our mushrooms are shipped with a little silica gel packet. Do not remove this, it helps keep moisture and contaminants away, which is crucial for preventing mold. Find a cool, dark spot, like a kitchen cupboard or pantry, away from direct sunlight. Don’t forget to label the container with the mushroom type and the storage date so you can keep track of their freshness. Also, keep them away from strong-smelling stuff as mushrooms can soak up odors. Remember, freezing or refrigerating is not recommended as it may affect their potency.
What is the shelf life of dried mushrooms?
Properly stored, dried mushrooms can maintain their potency for up to a year or more. To maintain maximum potency store them in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid exposure to moisture and light to ensure their long-term preservation.
